What Estate Control & Unlock is
Estate Control & Unlock is a program of The Magneto Effect. We help families work out what they are facing after a death in the family and connect them with an independent law firm licensed in their state that can handle the legal work from start to finish.
What it is not
- We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. Nothing on this site, and nothing said to you before you sign an engagement agreement with a law firm, is legal advice.
- Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only with the law firm you engage, in writing, on that firm’s own terms.
- The law firm is responsible for its own work. Each firm we work with is independent and is solely responsible for the legal services it provides and for its own professional conduct.
No promised outcome
Estates differ, and so do state laws and court timetables. Nothing here is a promise about how long a matter will take, what it will cost, how much anyone will receive, or how a court will rule. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Eligibility and pricing
Not every situation is one we can help with, and we may tell you so. Where we describe flat-fee pricing, payment plans, or arrangements in which part or most of the fee is paid from the estate, those are available only where the matter and the estate qualify, and they are set out in the engagement agreement you sign with the law firm. Court costs and third-party costs may be extra.
Information you give us
Please give us accurate information, and only submit contact details you are entitled to use. How we handle what you send us is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential documents through this website; wait until you are speaking with the firm handling your matter.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false or automated enquiries, to attempt to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content for your own commercial use. We may block access we believe is abusive.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and marks on this site belong to The Magneto Effect or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Other sites
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
